Please read carefully below term and condition when you make a reservation. Any unclear information or should you need any further clarification, please do not hesitate to drop your email to us, and we will more than happy to be your assistant.
RATES
All rates are including 21% tax and service charges, and are quoted in US Dollars.
GUARANTEE
All confirmed services/reservations will need to be guaranteed by credit card (Visa or Master). We advise you to be a safe side, please fax your credit card detail to + 62 361 847 3637
PAYMENT
Payment will be collected upon arrival in Bali, except for reservation beyond Bali we be deducted to your credit card. We do accept cash/TC/Visa/Master. Payment by credit card will be converted into local currency (Indonesia Rupiah) by using book keeping ratio of the hotel on that date and will be applied 3,5% from total amount for bank fee. Our company takes no responsibility for subsequent exchange rates applied by credit card vendor after your departure, when statement is converted into local currency.
HOW TO BOOK
Online Reservation is free services without any membership, operated by BC TOUR to provide information and accommodations of hotel, resort, villas etc in Bali and beyond. The services, which is offered is Legal. You may only use this site to make legitimate reservation or purchase and will not use to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipating of demand. Any Internet user can take benefit from the Special Rates offer services by browsing at the database. Special Rates offer are those that are sold by BC TOUR to its clients. Client's privacy is highly respected and guaranteed.
RESERVATION PROCEDURES
All reservation will be proceed after the reservation form fill completely and submitted. Reply confirmation will be send within 2 x 24 hours. If reservation is not confirmed our staffs will inform and give the other suggestion. To secure reservation we request Copy of Credit Card (double-sided), Copy Passport Photo Page and signature which should be send by Fax after you submit your reservation.
CANCELLATION
Any cancellation made within 14 days during normal season, 30 days on high season and 45 days on peak season prior to the arrival date, a cancellation fee will be applied. The fee will be charged to your credit card. Early check out will be charged one night room value during low season and will be charged full night reserved during high and peak season. No refundable for any unused service.
CONFIRMATION NUMBER, PERFORMA INVOICE
We will send your Confirmation Number & Performa Invoice by e-mail or facsimile when your reservation is already confirmed. Note: Please mention your Confirmation Number if you have any other inquiry such as Optional or Package Tours or any other arrangement.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Each traveler shall be responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers to Indonesia must be in possession of passports with at least six months validity beyond anticipated return date and have proof of onward journey, either return of through tickets.
LIABILITY
All tour arrangements are made by BC TOUR and will not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, theft or acts of default of any carrier, hotelier, other party or employees of such in performing the services for which tickets of exchange orders are issued. Due to circumstances beyond our control there may be unforseen changes in sightseeing or hotels. BC TOUR will make every effort to keep the itineraries as they are shown.
LAW OF AGREEMENT This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any claim or legal action arising relating this agreement, the regulations of the Republic of Indonesia shall rule.
